This rubber duck is made of regular flexible yellow vinyl. Once you've pumped it up (the pump is included) it looks and feels like a regular rubber duck--except that it is really huge! I just got mine yesterday and the duck is approximately 25.5" long and 21" high and 12.5" wide. It makes the "giant" Schylling ducks look small! Take note that it's supposed to be a (small) children's ride on toy and it doesn't stand on it's own and probably won't float upright without some modification. If you appreciate sight gags or like oversized objects, you might want this one!
