Well, hello. The large schylling ducks can be found in many educational type toy stores. The Bill duck has been seen in the Bay girls' clothing department, but not in all stores.
Also, here is a link to a store in Stratford that used to have the Schylling ducks and probably still does. They are not shown on-line, but if you email them and ask, they may mail-order one for you. They also had small toysmith ducks for about a dollar each.
Really cheap ducks are mostly a matter of luck. Check the toy and baby section of any dollar stores in your area.
If you'd like to email your location privately I may know some places in your area. I never travel without a list of places to duck-hunt!
