Dianne is really excellent and runs a great business. I was in Victoria last summer and saw the actual store - it's really cute and packed with all kinds of unusual stuff. And of course I came away with a bag o' ducks! Unfortunately the lady herself was away at the time so I didn't get to meet her. :(
