Just checked my Rubbas. I've had them on display since the day I got them and most of them seem okay, but a handful of them do have the tell tale signs of plasticizer migration. :-( They have little shiny yellow spots on them sparsely scattered around on their bodies. My very oldest Rubbas and my newer Rubbas seem to be fine so far. Blue and Pink do seem to be the worst off. Makes me wonder why there's a difference between yours and mine? Could they be from different batches or maybe your plasticizer is just leaking out a little faster because of heat and mine will "catch up" eventually? I hope other folks will report on the condition of their Rubbas. Anyway, thanks very much for the heads up. Now I know that I need to wash some of my Rubbas and will keep a close eye on the rest!

Other "name brand" rubber ducks that I've had plasticizer migration problems include most of my Department 56 ducks. Some of them began to feel greasy almost right away.
