I emailed them several weeks ago about a duck that wouldn't add to my cart even though it said it was in stock... never heard back from them, though now that duck, and apparently most of the others, is gone from the site. I've ordered from them in past years with no trouble, but your story and the lack of selection does worry me. How long ago did you order? If worst comes to worst, I believe you can get your money back from PayPal, but only if you file a complaint within 30 days. But I hope it doesn't come to that!
