I placed an order with captain quack on 12/04/04. They sent a reply back that said it shipped on 12/06/04. I have not received the package yet. I Emailed the website 4 different times over the past 5 days and have not gotten any responses back. I will never order from them again they are horrible with customer service. The reply they sent me for shipment info said it was coming to me USPS Priority. I called the post office and they told me USPS priority even during the hectic holidays should only take about 5 business days to receive. I will keep you guys posted and let you know if and when I receive my duckies!!!
