The "first generation" of BBW ducks that came out last year did not have the BBW name on the bottom, but they do have "Made in China" in large lettering. They squeak, and there is a large circle around the squeaker hole, in which the Made in China text is written on a curve. (I am at work, but I was looking at the ducks yesterday, and I *hope* that's all perfectly accurate!)
I've seen other ducks that resemble the BBW ducks: for example, http://kite.gibbousmoon.com/duckweb/Yellow_Ducks-32.html is NOT a BBW duck.
