It just struck me that us duckie people have got to be the cheapest people on earth to shop for. Giving us a new cute $2 rubber duckie we don't have will inspire the same delight in us that other people require gifts of fine jewelry or expensive electronics to experience. And the giver comes off as very sensitive and understanding of what we love, too, and not as a tightwad. Everyone wins :D
