Yeah! It took forever to find in my local Kmart but I just added this little guy to my collection. They also were on sale for $3 something! Thx Lara.

It is $4.99. I got it just for the duck, but the soap & bubbles smell pretty good. The duck is wee, bigger than the ducky necklaces from Oriental Trading but a little smaller than the kind of duck like the baby in Charlotte's First Favorite Duck Set (#382 under ducks 96-99). (There are a lot of ducks like that baby in the set, but I don't know how else to describe them but to call them the Logan Remy duck, which was what I named my first duck. he was one of those. They come in sets of three. you can see the sets on my website.) Anyway, it's smaller than that with wings and a cartoonish expression.
