a mobile shouldn't be too hard... bend some wire-- a coathanger or whathave you-- into a mobile and hang rubber duckies from it. might wanna cover it with fabric on the wire parts, too. there are tons of duckie lamps out there. try stores/sites that sell things for the slightly funky room.
